Overview
A page is rarely just words. It needs a fact you have to go and check, an image that does not look like generic stock, and often a document someone can download and forward to a colleague. Each of those usually involves a different tool, a different person and a different wait.
The agent can research the web, generate or source on-brand imagery and produce PDF documents — then put them straight into your pages. One request, one conversation, finished artefacts in your CMS rather than a folder of assets waiting to be assembled.
Research comes back with its sources attached, which matters more than it sounds. You can see where a claim came from, check it yourself, and cite it on the page — so a regulatory summary or a market statistic is something you can stand behind rather than something you hope is right.
How it works
- The agent searches the live web and reads the pages that matter, not just the snippets.
- It drafts the summary or page in your tone, with citations you can follow.
- Imagery is generated, edited or sourced from stock and imported to your asset library.
- Any document is rendered as a PDF and attached where you want it.
- The whole thing lands as a draft for review before anything is published.
What you can ask for
- Researched pages — regulatory summaries, market overviews, comparison pages, glossaries.
- Imagery — generated illustrations, edited photography, or the right stock photo found and imported.
- Image production — resizing, cropping, format conversion, white-background versions, logo overlays.
- Documents — brochures, spec sheets, one-pagers, slide decks and client reports as PDFs.
- Fact-checks — verify a claim on an existing page and update it with a current source.
Why teams use it
- Cited sources — research comes back with links you can check.
- On-brand imagery — images follow your style prompts rather than a generic house style.
- Documents included — brochures, guides and spec sheets as PDFs, editable and re-renderable later.
- Faithful to supplied files — logos and certification badges are used exactly as given, never redrawn.
Staying in control
Researched content is drafted, never auto-published, so a human reads it before your audience does. Sources are listed so your subject-matter experts can sanity-check the substance quickly instead of re-researching from scratch.
Supplied artwork is treated as sacred. When you give the agent a logo, badge or photograph, that exact file is used — mechanical adjustments like resizing or recolouring preserve the original artwork, and nothing is ever regenerated as a lookalike.
Availability
Web research, image generation and PDF documents are included on Growth, Scale and Enterprise plans.
Frequently asked questions
How do we know the research is accurate?
Every researched claim comes with the source it came from, so you can verify it rather than trust it. Research is drafted for review and never published automatically, and the agent will tell you plainly when a source is unreachable or the evidence is thin instead of filling the gap with a guess.
Can we use our own images instead of generated ones?
Yes, and for brand assets you should. Attach a file in the chat and that exact image is used byte for byte. The agent can resize, crop, convert format, pad or overlay it without any AI redrawing, which is the right approach for logos and certification badges.
Who owns the images and documents produced?
You do. Generated images and rendered PDFs are imported into your own asset library and repository. Stock photography comes in under the provider’s free licence with the photographer credit retained in the asset record.
Can a PDF be updated later?
Yes. Documents are rendered from HTML that is stored alongside the PDF, so a later request to change a section, a price or the styling edits that source and re-renders it — versions stay linked rather than becoming a pile of near-identical files.
Will generated images match our brand?
They follow your style prompts — palette, treatment, subject matter and the things to avoid. You always see a preview before an image is added to your content, so anything off-brand gets rejected or regenerated before it reaches a page.
