These terms govern your use of AgenticWebTeam (the “Service”), provided by The iCentric Agency Ltd (“we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales (Company Number 09873359), Colworth House, Colworth Science Park, Sharnbrook, Bedfordshire MK44 1LQ, United Kingdom. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.
The Service lets your team instruct an AI assistant to report on, create, edit and publish website content, and to change site schema, templates, styles and code, connected to your existing CMS and codebase.
You are responsible for your account, your seats and your members' activity. Each seat is for one named user. You must keep credentials secure and use accurate information.
You retain ownership of your content and code. You grant us the rights needed to operate the Service on your behalf, including connecting to your CMS via the tokens you supply. You are responsible for having the right to grant that access.
Don't use the Service unlawfully, to infringe others' rights, to publish harmful or illegal content, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
The agent produces drafts and changes for you to review. You are responsible for reviewing and approving outputs — including via preview and staging — before they go live. We don't warrant that outputs are error-free or fit for a particular purpose.
Plans are billed per seat with an included monthly credit allowance. Agent actions consume credits; you may purchase top-ups. Fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing on notice.
We aim to keep the Service available but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Enterprise plans may include a separate service level agreement.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period — your team retains full access until that date, and you may reverse the cancellation at any point before it. Fees already paid, including the remainder of the current period and any unused credits (including purchased credit packs), are non-refundable except where required by law.
When the paid period ends: the workspace is deactivated and all team members lose access; all stored credentials and API keys (including CMS connections, repository tokens and third-party integration tokens) are permanently deleted immediately; and your workspace history — chat sessions, content library files and audit logs — becomes inaccessible and is permanently deleted 30 days after the end date. If you need an export of your data, request it before your subscription ends. Financial records (invoices and payment history) are retained as required for accounting and legal purposes. We may also suspend or terminate the Service for breach of these terms.
We may update these terms at any time. When we make a material change we will notify the account email address of each workspace's administrators before or promptly after the change takes effect, and the updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms; if you do not agree to a change, you may cancel as described in section 9. Acceptance of the then-current terms is recorded when a workspace is created.
