Create & edit content

Your whole CMS, in one conversation.

“Draft a case study from this brief and schedule it for Thursday 9am.”

Overview

Content work is rarely difficult. It is just endless. A price changes and it appears on nine pages. A product gets renamed and the old name lingers in meta descriptions nobody has read since launch. Next week’s post needs drafting, this week’s needs a better headline, and the careers page still lists a role you filled in March.

AgenticWebTeam handles that work in a conversation, against your live CMS. Draft a landing page, rewrite product descriptions, fix a typo across every page or schedule next week’s blog post — then publish when you are happy. Your CMS stays the source of truth: there is no migration, no parallel copy of your content and no new editing interface for your team to learn.

Because the agent reads your content model rather than guessing at it, drafts arrive with the right fields filled in — slug, excerpt, meta description, categories, reading time, author — not just a wall of body text for someone to tidy up later.

“Draft a case study from this brief and schedule it for Thursday 9am.”

How it works

  1. You ask for the change — a new page, a bulk edit, a rewrite or a scheduled post.
  2. The agent reads your brief, your content model and your tone guide.
  3. It drafts into your CMS with every required field completed, images and metadata included.
  4. You review the draft — in the portal or in your CMS, whichever you prefer.
  5. Publish now, or schedule it for exactly when you want it live.

What you can ask for

  • New pages and posts — landing pages, case studies, service pages, release notes, help articles.
  • Bulk edits — change a price, phone number, product name or phrase across hundreds of entries at once.
  • Rewrites and refreshes — bring an old page up to date, tighten a rambling intro, fix inconsistent terminology.
  • Metadata work — title tags, meta descriptions, alt text and structured data across a whole section.
  • Scheduling — queue a campaign so it goes live at 9am on launch day without anyone being at a keyboard.

Why teams use it

  • Bulk edits — change a price or phrase across hundreds of pages in one go, consistently.
  • Drafts, not surprises — everything lands as a draft until someone with permission publishes it.
  • Scheduling built in — queue posts and updates for exactly when you want them.
  • Complete entries — slugs, excerpts, metadata and images filled in, so nothing waits on a tidy-up pass.

Staying in control

Every change follows the same rules: it lands as a draft or on staging, it is scoped to the permissions of the person who asked, and it waits for approval before going live. If a teammate could not make a change with their own CMS login, the agent cannot make it for them either.

Bulk operations get extra care. Before a change touches many entries, you are told exactly how many and shown a sample, and the whole operation is recorded as one reversible action in the audit log.

Frequently asked questions

Will content be published without us seeing it first?

No. Content lands as a draft by default and stays unpublished until someone with publish permission approves it. If the person asking does not have that permission, the agent saves the draft and offers to send an approval request to a colleague who does.

Do we have to move our content to a new system?

Not at all. We connect to your existing CMS through its official API and it remains the source of truth. Sanity, Contentful, Webflow, WordPress, Drupal, Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce and Adobe Commerce are all supported, and your team can keep editing in the interface they already know.

How safe is a bulk edit across hundreds of pages?

You see the scope before it runs — how many entries are affected and a sample of the exact change — and the whole operation is logged as a single action you can roll back in one click. Nothing is overwritten silently.

Will the writing sound like us?

That is what style and tone prompts are for. Set your voice once at workspace level — or per brand if you are an agency — and every draft follows it, with phrases that break your guide flagged for review rather than quietly shipped.

Can it schedule content for a specific time?

Yes — ask for a date and time and the entry is queued to publish then, in your timezone. Scheduled items appear in the portal before they go live, so you can still change your mind or bring a launch forward.
